I wanted to keep track of how I was doing in terms of exercising to see the progress each month.
First week: Tuesday (5), Wednesday(6), Thursday(7), Friday(8)
Second week: Tuesday (7), Wednesday (10), Thursday (10), Friday (10), Saturday (13)
Third week: 15 minutes Sunday to Wednesday 20 minutes Thursday to Saturday
Each week I got stronger and faster. I nearly accomplished 1 mile during the third week, but I was extremely wobbly at the end. I pushed myself a lot. Extremely happy with progress from the 13th to the 31st.
